Fai una segnalazione all’equipe di Città Prossima! Aiuta l’Help Center e il Servizio Mobile di Sostegno nelle loro uscite. 

Se vedi o conosci qualcuno che ha bisogno di supporto, se vuoi segnalarci una situazione di disagio, manda una mail a instrada@piazzagrande e i nostri operatori interverranno in aiuto di queste persone recandosi nel luogo della segnalazione. Cercheremo di instaurare una relazione di fiducia che porti al cambiamento, un processo che richiede tempo e pazienza. 

In seguito ti comunicheremo il resoconto del monitoraggio e un aggiornamento sulla situazione.
